2. Overview
Protecting your personal data matters to us. This website is purely informational. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking and embeds no external content. No processing of personal data takes place beyond what is required to operate the website.
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is operated by an external hosting provider: [1blu AG, please add full address]. When you access the pages, the host automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files that your browser transmits: IP address, date and time of access, page requested, browser and operating system used, and the previously visited page (referrer).
This processing is based on our legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The data is not merged with other sources. A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) exists with, or is to be concluded with, the host.
4. No cookies, no tracking, no external services
This website stores no cookies on your device and uses no reach or analytics tools. No third-party content (e.g. fonts, maps, videos, social media plugins) is loaded. In particular, the fonts used are served locally from our own server; no connection to Google Fonts or other third-party servers is made. Merely visiting the site therefore transmits no data to third parties.
5. Contact by email
If you contact us by email, we process the data you provide (your email address and the content of your message) in order to handle your request. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to your request (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or, where aimed at concluding a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. We store this data until the purpose of storage no longer applies and no statutory retention obligations conflict.
6. Your rights
Within the statutory limits you have the right at any time to:
- access to your stored data (Art. 15 GDPR)
- rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
- erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
- restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
- object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR)
An informal message to roensberg@pm.me is sufficient to exercise these rights.
